This Privacy Policy describes how Derek H. Suite, MD (“we,” “us,” or “this website”) handles information in connection with this website. This is a general informational website for Derek H. Suite, MD; it is not a patient portal, and it does not include an account system, online payments, or any other means of submitting personal or health information directly through the site beyond what is described below.
This policy covers only this website. It does not cover the Suite Spot mobile app, which is a separate product — see “The Suite Spot App” below.
Information We Collect
Contact and inquiry forms. The contact form on this website, and the equivalent inquiry form on the press kit page, ask for your name, email address, an optional organization, and a message. When you submit a completed form, that information is sent to this website’s server, which uses Postmark, a third-party email delivery service, to send a one-time notification containing what you submitted to the site’s designated contact recipients. Your email address is included in that notification so your inquiry can be identified and replied to directly — this is not a marketing subscription: your email address is not added to a mailing list or subscriber database, and no automated or marketing emails are sent to you as a result of submitting this form.
Book updates sign-up. The book section of this website includes a form inviting visitors to voluntarily submit an email address for updates about an upcoming book. When you submit that form, your email address is sent to this website’s server, which uses Postmark, a third-party email delivery service, to send a one-time notification containing your submitted email address to the site’s designated recipient. Your email address is not added to a mailing list or subscriber database, and no automated or marketing emails are sent to you as a result of this submission. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated first to describe how any email address you submit would be used, stored, and how you could unsubscribe.
Automatically collected information. This website does not currently use cookies, browser local storage, analytics tools, tracking pixels, advertising identifiers, or any other tracking technology to collect information about your visit. Standard server or hosting-provider logs (such as those any web host automatically generates) may exist outside of this codebase; if so, they are outside this website’s direct control and are not described further here.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
This website does not set cookies and does not use browser storage (localStorage or sessionStorage) for tracking or any other purpose. It does not use analytics platforms, advertising pixels, or tag managers of any kind at this time. If that changes in the future — for example, if analytics tools are added — this Privacy Policy will be updated to disclose them before they are introduced.

This website is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party site or service it links to.
The Suite Spot App
Suite Spot is a separate iOS app available on the Apple App Store, published by FCC Wellness, the Full Circle digital division. This website links to that app’s App Store listing but does not operate, embed, or have visibility into the app itself. This Privacy Policy describes only the practices of this website and makes no claims about how the Suite Spot app collects, uses, or protects information. Please refer to the Suite Spot app’s own privacy policy, available from its App Store listing, for information about the app’s data practices.
How Information Is Used
Information submitted through the contact form, the press inquiry form, or the book updates sign-up is used solely to receive and respond to your inquiry, or to send the updates described on that page, consistent with what is disclosed above. It is not sold to third parties. This website does not otherwise automatically collect information about your visit. If the book updates sign-up form is connected to a real email-list service in the future, this policy will be updated first to describe how any email address submitted through it would be used, stored, and how you could unsubscribe.
Data Security
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. This website does not persist or store personal information in its own database or file storage — contact-form and book sign-up submissions pass through its server only long enough to be forwarded, one time, to Postmark for delivery. If that changes, we will describe the safeguards applicable at that time.
Children’s Privacy
This website is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
